ROAST BEEF IN THE BAG IN MEAT AND WINE REDUCTION
Ingredients: Makes 4 servings
Roast Beef: 700g
Onion: 2
Morron 1
Knorr Oven Bag Meat and Wine Reduction: 1
Pepper: 1 pinch
Water: 100cm3
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Pita bread: 4
Step 1
Defat the roast beef as much as possible and cut into small pieces. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to medium temperature.
Step 2
Open the Knorr oven bag and place the meat inside, always on a baking dish.
Step 3
Cut the onion and bell pepper into strips and add it to the bag with the meat.
Step 4
Dissolve the meat and wine reduction seasoning together with a teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of pepper in 100cm3 of water.
Step 5
Pour the liquid into the bag and shake it a little with your hands, being careful not to break it.
Step 6
Cook for 45 minutes in a medium oven, remove the contents of the bag and let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Toast the pita bread and open the top as if it were a mouth.
Step 8
Fill the bread with the meat, onions and bell pepper and serve. It can be accompanied with a yogurt sauce (natural yogurt, lemon juice and a little mint or cilantro) and eaten as if it were a shawarma.
